Items ordered for local pick-up in our Moyock, North Carolina location will be ready for pick-up by the end of the day of your order, if products are available and in stock.
If items are unavailable or out of stock, you will be contacted and every effort will be made to substitute your item with a like product of equal or greater value. You also have the option to wait until the item becomes available or back in our inventory.
We will hold your pick-up item for (3) business days. Items that have not been paid awaiting pick-up will be restocked after (3) business days. Items that have been paid awaiting pick-up will be offered the option to refund their purchases or extend the pick-up window beyond (3) days at their request. Please be prepared to share an estimated pick-up date if you will not be able to pick up your order within (3) business days.
