Store your suppositories in the refrigerator before use. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before and after handling product. To open, tear the foil shell length ways starting from the “V” shaped cut at the end of the suppository. Apply a light coating of water to lubricate the suppository before insertion.

RECTAL INSERTION 
Insert the suppository past the sphincter muscle and wait 20 minutes for suppository to take effect before having a bowel movement.

VAGINAL INSERTION
From a reclining position, insert the suppository high in the vagina for best results.
