How to Use
Pre-Sex: To enhance arousal and ease discomfort from sex insert an Intimacy Melt vaginally or anally 30-60 minutes before sexual activity, allowing 15 minutes for suppository to melt and absorb.
Post-Sex: To soothe soreness or muscle fatigue, insert after sexual activity.

How are Intimacy Melts with CBD different from Relief Melts with CBD?
Our Relief Melts with CBD are formulated primarily for menstrual relief, with a stronger dose of 100mg CBD and 8 suppositories per box, while Intimacy Melts with CBD are designed to enhance arousal and come in packs of 4, with 50mg CBD each.
Can I use Intimacy Melts with CBD for anal sex?
Absolutely. Our community reports great results for anal sex. Just remember that Intimacy Melts with CBD are oil-based, so they can’t be used with latex or polyisoprene protection.
Can I use Intimacy Melts with a condom?
Because Intimacy Melts are oil-based and can degrade latex and poly-isoprene, we recommend choosing oil-safe barriers like polyurethane or nitrile condoms for protection from STIs and pregnancy (or lambskin for prevention of pregnancy but not STIs).
Several major condom brands offer polyurethane condoms. Just be sure they’re “poly-urethane” NOT “poly-isoprene.”
