1st Annual Cars & Cannabis Car Show

On July 17, 2021, Strang Enterprises LLC and Hemp Haven Chesapeake hosted the 1st Annual Cars & Cannabis Car Show in Moyock, NC.

A 50/50 raffle was offered and proceeds from the raffle were donated to Hero Kids Foundation. HKF’s aim is to provide a multidisciplinary approach to promote and support military & first responders’ children, together with the whole family, utilizing animal-assisted therapies along with nature-based activities. Thirty-one classic cars entered the car show, with guests and participants casting their vote in several categories.  Trophies were awarded to the winners in each category. Winners of each category are pictured here.

Local food trucks and artists were on site to provide lots of flavor and entertainment. The award winning funk-and-blues band Anthony Rosano and the Conqueroos provided some excellent tunes and On The Spot Creamery and Spare Parts BBQ shared some tasty treats.

The second annual Cars & Cannabis Car Show is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, September 24, 2022. More details to come as plans are finalized.
